IBM ipat test pattern tips

IBM recruits applicants through many different sources. This test enables IBM to compare applicants on a standard, objective measure. This online test takes approximately 45 minutes to an hour to complete. IBM will use test scores as part of the recruitment process. Test scores will be kept confidential.Once at the web site where the test is administered, you will find more information about the test, how and why we use this test, practice test questions, contact information for technical questions and contact information if you have a disability and need a test accommodation.To be further considered for employment, please complete the test as soon as possible.
